Authorization: Synchronizing roles in other system to CUA

If you're using Central User Administration (CUA), there will be time where you might need to synchronize the roles from other systems (DEV / QAS / PRD) into CUA for user assignment.

Steps to sync roles to CUA:

1) Login to the CUA system and execute TCODE: SCUA

2) Click the "Edit" button

3) Click the "Text Comparison from Child Systems"

4) Click the "execute" button and wait for the processing

5) The logs screen shown the comparison status

6) Execute "SU01" and click the "Text comparison from child sys" button

7) Click the "execute" button

8) The logs screen appear

9) Add the new roles accordingly for the user assignment.

Common issue:

1) The "Text comparison from child sys" button is missing

2) Execute TCODE: SCUM and ensure the Profiles been set to "Global"

12) Ensure "Roles" are set to "Global' too
